Workshop Policy
- The art tour, workshop and holiday camp registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be confirmed with payment in full.
- The art tour, workshop and holiday camp is subject to cancellation if less than 4 students are registered.
- We do not give cash refund for workshops already paid for. We accept written notice of your cancellation no less than 3 days or 7 days before workshop or holiday camp commencement, and will credit full amount to your account for later use (up to 2 months). Kindly understand these are confirmed enrolments and you are liable for full payments in the event of no-show or last-minute cancellation on your part.
- There will be no make-up sessions for any missed classes of the art tour, workshop and holiday camp
- In the event of unstable weather, including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal, the workshop will be cancelled. Confirmation of cancellation will be provided 2 hours prior to the tour & workshop start time.
- If the workshop is cancelled due to unstable weather, it will not be rescheduled or refunded. A courtesy coupon will be issued for use in seasonal workshops at our studios within 1 year of the issue date.
- The workshop package is valid for six months from the date of purchase. Please complete the courses within six months, it will be considered invalid after six months.
- Program content may be subject to minor variations without further notice.
- Blu Jungle reserves the right to use photographs and videos during the workshop/event for teacher training, academic research, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know at the time of enrollment and email us at [email protected].
- We collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. We may deliver promotional information to you through various communication channels. If you do not wish to receive such information, please send us your request by email to [email protected].
- Blu Jungle reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.
